Job Summary

XL Plus Security is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, statutory compliance, invoice generation, payroll-related documentation, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Generate customer invoices and service bills.
• Prepare and file GST returns and maintain GST-related records.
• Handle PF and ESI calculations, filings, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee salary records and payroll-related documentation.
• Prepare reports, statements, and financial records using MS Excel.
• Maintain purchase bills, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, and GST filing.
• Experience in invoice generation and billing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Additional Advantage

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Experience in payroll processing and service-industry accounting.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com or an equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounting responsibilities.
