Job Description

Maintain daily accounts, cash books, ledgers, and financial records.
Prepare daily income and expense statements.
Monitor OP, IP, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departmental collections.
Verify patient bills, receipts, refunds, and payment records.
Reconcile cash, bank transactions, UPI payments, and card transactions.
Prepare salary sheets, payroll records, and staff payment statements.
Maintain vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment records.
Monitor outstanding payments, advances, and receivables.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Assist in GST, TDS, Tally, and other applicable statutory accounting requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and management.
Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.
Follow hospital policies and applicable accounting procedures.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
