Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
· Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
· Record and reconcile project-wise expenses, advances, and bank statements.
· Manage accounting for property sales, lease/rent income, and stage-wise payments.
· File GST, TDS, and ensure compliance with RERA and Income Tax regulations.
· Prepare MIS reports, project cost sheets, and financial statements.
· Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, GST, TDS, and RERA compliance.
· Proficiency in Tally, SAP,MS Excel, and accounting software.
· Good analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications:
· B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
