Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Financial Operations

 Invoicing & Billing: Generate and post sales invoices, labor chargers (karigar/craftsman payouts), and vendor bills accurately.

 Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP): Follow up on outstanding retail/wholesale client balances and manage timely vendor payments.

 Bookkeeping & Journal Entries: Record day-to-day cash, check, and credit card transactions in the accounting database.

 Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and payment gateway updates against the ledger.  2. Statutory Compliance & Reporting

 Taxation Support: Assist in compiling data for basic local tax compliance filings such as GST, TDS, or sales tax depending on local requirements.

 Month-End Support: Collate financial documentation for senior team members during month-end and year-end closing processes.

 Skills & Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.

 Experience: 1–3 years of core accounting experience. Prior exposure to a retail showroom, manufacturing setup, or luxury goods sector is heavily preferred.

 Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting systems like Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or SAP, along with robust skills in MS Excel.

 Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strict adherence to integrity, and strong mathematical skills.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
