Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and business transactions.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance, as applicable.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with audits and other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS procedures is an advantage.
• Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Freshers may apply, depending on the employer's requirements.
