Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities. Freshers with a background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and other financial documents.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Track invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and statements.
• Support GST and TDS-related activities.
• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• Assist with audits and other accounting requirements when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to handle financial information confidentially.
