Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting transactions and entries in SAP (FI Module).
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and maintain books of accounts.
Manage student fee collections, generate receipts, and reconcile fee records with the fee management system.
Prepare fee outstanding reports and coordinate with the administration team to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support internal and external audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Process vendor invoices, monitor advances, and coordinate timely payments.
Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate accounting of statutory deductions.
Coordinate with the HR team regarding salary processing and payroll-related queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP – FI Module.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Experience in bank reconciliation, vendor management, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
