Job Description

Responsibilities

Record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in Tally Prime.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
Verify supplier bills and manage vendor payments.
Track customer outstanding payments and coordinate for follow-ups.
Record bank and cash transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
Maintain GST and TDS records and assist with return filing.
Prepare sales, purchase, outstanding, and cash flow reports.
Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Reconcile inventory records with warehouse data.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, and documents required for audits.
Complete monthly account closing and verify ledger balances.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and HR teams.

Education

B.Com / M.Com.
CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
