About the role

We are hiring an Accountant with end-to-end knowledge of accounts to independently maintain our books in Tally Prime. The role covers the full accounting cycle — from collecting bills at project sites through to GST/TDS compliance and month-end closing. You will work alongside our existing Accounts Manager and report to the Director.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime: purchases, sales, expenses, journals, bank and cash, with all entries updated within the week
• Collect vendor bills, cash vouchers, challans and site expense records from project sites in Faridabad, Gurugram, Rohtak and Yamunanagar on a fixed schedule
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and material receipts; maintain site-wise and project-wise cost ledgers
• Bank reconciliation, vendor and client ledger reconciliation, and monthly closing
• GST: input credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B, preparation of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data, e-invoicing and e-way bills
• TDS: deduction, monthly payment, and quarterly return data; TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS
• Accounts payable: vendor payment scheduling and ageing; accounts receivable: client bill tracking, retention and security deposit ledgers
• Payroll support: salary, PF and ESI data
• Prepare monthly MIS — project-wise expenditure, receivables, payables and cash position
• Support statutory audit, internal audit and tax assessments with schedules and documents

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com; CA-Inter or CMA-Inter is an advantage
• 3–6 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably with a contractor, construction or infrastructure company
• Strong hands-on Tally Prime: ledgers, cost centres, GST and TDS configuration, reports
• Solid working knowledge of GST (works contracts, RCM, ITC) and TDS provisions
• Advanced Excel: lookups, pivots, reconciliations
• Willing to travel to Haryana project sites 1–2 days a week; own two-wheeler preferred
• Accurate, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
• working English

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
