Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain ledgers.
Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow statements.
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers as required.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with company policies.
Perform day-to-day accounting activities using Tally or other accounting software.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
0-1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles.
Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
