Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Ayapakkam, Chennai
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 3–6 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred
Preference: Local candidates from Ayapakkam, Ambattur, Avadi & nearby areas

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
Maintain ledgers and vouchers.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly expense and financial reports.
Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal departments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
Support the senior management/accounts team in financial activities.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST & TDS.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
