Hiring: Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities across multiple companies.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong practical knowledge in accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, financial management and business operations by working with multiple business entities.

You will get hands-on exposure to different types of business transactions and learn how businesses manage their finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Recording daily financial transactions.
• Sales and purchase entries.
• Expense entries and voucher preparation.
• Maintaining ledgers and accounting records.
• Maintaining cash book and bank book.
• Data Entry & Documentation

• Accurate data entry of invoices, bills and receipts.
• Maintaining digital and physical records.
• Organising financial documents.
• Preparing and maintaining Excel reports.
• Banking & Reconciliation

• Bank statement reconciliation.
• Cash and bank balance tracking.
• Payment and receipt entries.
• Following up on pending payments and collections.
• Multiple Company Accounts

• Maintaining books of accounts for multiple companies.
• Tracking individual company expenses and income.
• Maintaining separate financial records.
• Assisting in monthly account closures.
• Taxation & Compliance Support

• Basic understanding of GST.
• Assisting with GST data preparation and filing.
• TDS calculations and documentation support.
• Preparing data for CA and auditors.
• Maintaining tax-related records.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime or willingness to learn.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of debit, credit, ledgers and journal entries.
• Good data entry and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn GST, TDS and taxation.
• Ability to manage multiple company accounts.
• Responsible, organised and trustworthy.
