Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record-Keeping: Meticulously record, organize, and maintain all financial transactions and data. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making. Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Auditing & Compliance: Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, such as bank accounts, to ensure financial accuracy and identify any irregularities. Financial Advice: Advise management on financial strategies, cost-saving measures, and ways to enhance profitability. System Management: Utilize and manage accounting software and systems to automate tasks and maintain up-to-date financial records.
