Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in accounting software.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial planning activities.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances within deadlines.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities when required.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
Verify purchase orders, expense claims, salary processing, and vendor payments.
Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and taxation regulations.
Assist in inventory accounting, cost tracking, and financial analysis.
Identify discrepancies and implement corrective financial controls.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software is essential.
Candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
