Job Overview We are seeking a mid-level Accountant for a full-time position located in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of work experience. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks (Mandatory skill) for managing company transactions and financial data effectively. Experience working with ERP Systems (Mandatory skill) to streamline financial operations and reporting efficiency. Competence in using Tally ERP (Mandatory skill) for handling complex accounting tasks and ensuring data accuracy. Strong analytical skills coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating financial reports and budgets. Expertise in tax preparation, ensuring timely and accurate tax submissions under relevant regulations. Proven ability to comply with audit standards and manage financial audits effectively. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial statements and data management. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple financial tasks simultaneously. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for management review and decision-making. Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure timely processing and reconciliation. Conduct regular audits and assessments of financial data to uphold accuracy and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with tax authorities for timely and accurate tax submissions and maintain compliance with tax laws. Utilize QuickBooks, ERP Systems, and Tally ERP for efficient financial management and reporting. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes to support business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
