Designation: Jr./Sr. Accountant

Salary: 30K to 40K

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: Dadar West

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records in accounting software such as Tally / Tally Prime.
Prepare GST-related records, invoices, and reports and coordinate with consultants for GST compliance.
Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and returns.
Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and management reports.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments.
Verify expenses and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Assist in preparation for statutory audits and internal audits.
