Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
Record purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable, vendor accounts, and outstanding payments.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and expense reports.
Handle GST-related documentation, TDS records, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and accounting records.
Assist with GST return preparation and other tax-related documentation.
Support the senior accounts team with day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
Good numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000 per month
