About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior and Senior Accountants to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Depending on their experience, candidates will be responsible for supporting or independently managing accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling reconciliations, assisting with tax compliance, and ensuring timely completion of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage books of accounts and day-to-day financial transactions.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Assist with or independently manage GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and return preparation.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial information and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support statutory audits and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks.
• Work with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, and other ERP systems.
• Review accounting records and guide junior team members, where applicable.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Junior Accountant: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Accountant: 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books or Tally.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a professional environment.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
