Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our small business team. As an accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory, and handling vendor relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and organized management of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Ensure that all entries are properly classified and posted to the appropriate accounts.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis. Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management, enabling informed decision-making.

Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking and recording of inventory levels, including stock purchases, sales, and adjustments. Conduct regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate stock counts and identify discrepancies.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating pricing and terms of agreements. Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
