Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, assist with statutory compliance, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
Perform bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Track outstanding payments and receivables.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.

Requirements

B.Com, M.Com, or a related qualification.
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
