Job Description – Stock Accountant

Job Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi (Initial Training at Rithala)
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Job Responsibilities

Maintain stock accounts, purchase and sales entries in Tally Prime / ERP.
Handle inventory accounting, stock registers, and stock reconciliation.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting records.
Perform physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
Handle basic GST-related entries and documentation.
Prepare stock reports and assist in audits.
Work on MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock accounting or inventory accounting.
Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Experience in trading, manufacturing, or industrial companies preferred.
Good numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.

Training: Initial 1–2 weeks at Rithala, followed by permanent placement at Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
