Job Summary

R2kademy is hiring an Accountant on behalf of a client. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support account reconciliation and tax compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and statements.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
• Support audit preparation and ensure proper documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good numerical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
