Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records for printing and publishing activities.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment records for paper suppliers, printers, and vendors.
Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliance related to print media transactions.
Monitor printing costs, paper consumption, and production expenses.
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with production, sales, and distribution departments for financial data.
Ensure proper documentation of printing orders, dispatch, and billing.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Understanding of GST and taxation
Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of printing or publishing industry

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background
1–3 years experience in accounting (preferably in printing, publishing, or media)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
