Account Manager Accounts & Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain GST and TDS documentation and assist with statutory compliance.
• Track customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Coordinate with the CA or auditing team for accounts finalization and tax-related work.
• Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and audit documentation.
• Maintain financial records using Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Tally.
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel, GST & TDS.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Income Tax & Tax Audit.
• Experience in statutory compliance and return filing.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy & attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
