Core Responsibilities

1. Accurately record all financial transactions and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and stored properly.

2.Create various financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.

3. Regularly reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

4. Monitor spending, create budgets, and develop financial forecasts to guide business operations.

5. Verify that all financial records and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

6.Prepare and file tax returns for companies and individuals, identifying ways to reduce tax liabilities.

7. Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial risks, and provide insights for strategic business decisions.

Key Skills

1. Knowledge of Accounting Software:

• Proficiency with accounting software and systems for data management and reporting.

2Communication Skills:

• Ability to present financial information clearly and advise management on financial matters.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
