Account Executive with Tally

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with strong knowledge of Tally ERP to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage petty cash and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Generate financial MIS reports and assist management in decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in financial transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role (Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant).
• Knowledge of payroll accounting will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
