Account Executive

Role Overview: As an Account Executive at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd., located in Patna, you will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. Your role will involve managing petty cash, preparing invoices, handling E-Way Bills, conducting reconciliations, and analyzing financial data with precision. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records are maintained. - Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and E-Way Bills in compliance with standard procedures. - Handle petty cash transactions by accurately recording and securely managing funds. - Perform vendor and bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy and resolve any discrepancies effectively. - Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports to support the accounting team in decision-making. - Coordinate with vendors regarding Good Receipt Notes (GRNs), debit notes, and credit notes to facilitate smooth transaction flow. - Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to provide accurate financial insights and forecasts. - Support the review and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing petty cash transactions with a focus on accurate and confidential handling of funds. - Proficiency in preparing and managing E-Way Bills to adhere to state and local transportation regulations. - Strong ability to generate purchase and sales invoices with precision and efficiency. - Experience in issuing debit and credit notes to maintain clear account statements and resolve discrepancies. - Competency in handling Good Receipt Notes (GRNs) to accurately reflect inventory movements. - Proven track record of conducting vendor and bank reconciliations to ensure precise financial records. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or SAP for efficient transaction processing. - Capable of analyzing financial data with attention to detail and maintaining a high level of accuracy.,
