Account Executive (Pithampur sec - 03)

Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, and expense records.

· Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and bank reconciliation statements.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.

· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Coordinate with internal departments and auditors during financial reviews.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Good knowledge of SAP / Tally / Excel and accounting principles..

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
