Job Description

Profile- Account Executive Salary- 30k to 40k Experience-3 to 5 year. Job Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for managing the financial transactions of the organization, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements such as the balance sheet. The role requires proficiency in accounting software (especially Tally), Excel, and a thorough understanding of GST regulations. The AE ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports the finance team in the smooth functioning of daily accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Invoice & Payment Management: Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients. Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Handle payment reconciliation and maintain up-to-date client payment records. 2. Tally & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally software. Enter and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries, payments, and receipts. Ensure proper categorization and documentation of all financial data. 3. GST Compliance: Calculate and file GST returns as per government guidelines. Ensure timely submission of GST reports and payments. Keep abreast of any changes in GST laws and regulations and ensure compliance. Assist with the GST audit process and answer queries from tax authorities. 4. Balance Sheet & Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets , profit & loss accounts , and cash flow statements . Review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. 5. Excel & Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Prepare reports and dashboards to summarize key financial metrics. Perform VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other advanced Excel functions for detailed analysis.
