Job Title: Accounts Executive Company: Metamint Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Supa MIDC, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–5 years Industry: Aluminium Manufacturing / Metal Industry About Us: Metamint Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. is an upcoming aluminium ingot manufacturing firm based in Supa MIDC. With a legacy rooted in over 25 years of industry experience, we are building a high-capacity production unit for recycled aluminium. As we prepare for commercial operations, we are looking for a reliable Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journals, etc.) Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare GST data and assist in monthly GST filings Maintain records of TDS and assist with TDS returns Reconcile bank statements and vendor ledgers Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for documentation Travel within the city for work Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com degree (or equivalent in finance/accounting) 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Good organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines What We Offer: Learning and growth opportunities under experienced leadership Exposure to full-spectrum accounting in a manufacturing firm Salary as per industry standards and performance-based increments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English, Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
