Job Description

As an Accounting Executive and HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting tasks in Zoho Books/Tally and handling various HR responsibilities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operations of financial and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with data entry, processing, and recording of transactions - Prepare and submit customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records - Aid in the preparation of financial reports to support decision-making - Provide support to the accounting team by performing clerical tasks like filing and organizing documents Qualifications: - Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books as well as Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail - Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role would be advantageous - Excellent data entry skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency - Ability to deliver exceptional customer support - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of basic accounting principles is desirable The company operates on a Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring your presence in person at the work location. Your fluency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team and with clients.
