Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial records, invoices, and reports. Record and process financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and expenses. Maintain and update accounting databases Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts. Support the accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare and file financial documents for audits and compliance. Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed. Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document management. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment and invoice-related queries. Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally,ERP) and MS Excel. Good organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply.
