As an Account Manager Programmatic, you will play a crucial role in managing programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms to meet client goals and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding clients' brands structure, industry, and project goals. - Developing, implementing, and managing programmatic advertising campaigns using DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges. - Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to achieve client goals. - Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by aligning campaign strategies with their business objectives. - Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. - Creating and executing programmatic media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Conducting A/B testing and experimenting with new tactics to enhance campaign outcomes. - Utilizing advanced analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness. - Monitoring digital spend investment to ensure revenue and margin goals are met. - Communicating campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal teams and clients. - Collaborating closely with clients and guiding internal teams to align campaign strategies. - Establishing strong relationships across stakeholders, both externally with clients and internally with teams. - Providing training and development to team members, specifically Junior Programmatic Managers. - Contributing regularly to the media community through blogs, case studies, and conferences.
