• Bank reconciliation & cash flow management
• Ledger scrutiny and journal entries

Printing Industry–Specific Knowledge

• Costing for printing jobs (paper, ink, plates, finishing, logistics)
• Job-wise costing & profitability analysis
• Tracking advance payments, partial billing & milestone invoices
• Managing rate cards for print, fabrication & vendor services
• Understanding GST impact on print, design & production services

GST & Compliance

• GST billing (CGST / SGST / IGST)
• Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B coordination with CA
• TDS compliance & filing support
• Audit preparation & documentation

Billing & Documentation

• Proforma invoices & final tax invoices
• Purchase orders, work orders & delivery challans
• Credit notes / debit notes
• Vendor contracts & payment terms tracking

Software & Tools

• Tally / Tally Prime
• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cost sheets)
• Accounting ERPs (basic knowledge)
• MIS reports & monthly summaries

Coordination & Control

• Coordination with production, procurement & vendors
• Payment scheduling & approval tracking
• Monitoring outstanding receivables & payables
• Supporting management with financial reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,703.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
