Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, credit notes, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST compliance activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, return filing coordination, and reconciliation.
- Maintain cash books, bank books, petty cash records, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Verify vendor invoices, process payment documentation, and maintain vendor accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Support payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and expense accounting.
- Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain fixed asset records and assist with depreciation, provisions, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and cost-control activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally ERP 9, SAP, RealBooks, Empro, or similar accounting software.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
