Job Title: Accessories Executive Industry: Automobile (Passenger Cars) Company: Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt Ltd (Authorized Dealership of Maruti Suzuki) Location: Hazaribagh & Deoghar CTC: Up to 2.5 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Accessories Executive to drive sales and ensure optimal stock management of automobile accessories at our dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently while maximizing revenue. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories to customers. Maximize per-car accessory sales as per Balanced Scorecard (BSC) & NSC targets . Identify customer needs and recommend suitable accessories to enhance their vehicle experience. Maintain stock levels based on sales trends and ensure timely replenishment . Achieve sales targets & incentives set by the dealership and Maruti Suzuki. Monitor slow-moving stock and ensure stock rotation within 45 days . Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely delivery of accessories. Ensure proper billing & documentation of accessory sales. Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally. Work closely with the sales and service teams to increase accessory penetration .
