🎯 About the Role We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our IT services team. The candidate will focus on client acquisition, building relationships, and supporting pre-sales activities for our software testing and development services . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in IT sales & marketing and grow with the organization. 📌 Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Research and identify potential clients for software testing, development, and IT services. Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events. Assist in building and managing a client database for future outreach. ✅ Client Interaction & Communication Connect with clients to understand their requirements and introduce company services. Schedule and participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) along with senior team members. Maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing and future business opportunities. ✅ Pre-Sales Support Assist in preparing SOW (Statement of Work) , RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and presentations. Support proposal writing, quotations, and other pre-sales documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs for client proposals. ✅ Marketing & Branding Assist in creating sales presentations, case studies, and marketing materials . Help manage social media and digital marketing activities for brand visibility. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, or webinars. ✅ Reporting & Coordination Maintain and update sales reports, lead status, and client follow-ups . Work closely with the business development and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of client projects. 🎓 Qualifications MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
