The company is committed to innovation, reliability, and delivering exceptional value to its clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Officer based in Pathanamthitta. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving safety policies and practices. Daily tasks include conducting safety training, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, investigating workplace incidents, and identifying and mitigating safety risks. Collaboration with team members and strict adherence to company standards will be key. Qualifications Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices, with experience in Occupational Health management. Proficiency in Accident Investigation and the ability to document and address incidents effectively. Expertise in developing and delivering Safety Training programs to enhance workplace safety and awareness. Understanding of Security measures and protocols to ensure workplace safety. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in workplace safety or occupational health will be an added advantage. Experience in the construction or access control industry is advantageous.
