Academic IQAC Assurance Coordinator

As an Academic IQAC Coordinator at JAIN School Of Allied Healthcare & Science in Whitefield, Bangalore, your primary role will be to support the University IQAC team in maintaining institutional quality standards through efficient data management and academic audit processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support IQAC by updating institutional data and performance trends. - Assist in internal audits by collecting, verifying, and consolidating departmental data. - Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and accurate data submission. - Maintain secure records and ensure data confidentiality. - Generate MIS reports and audit-ready documentation related to faculty, research, and departmental achievements. - Contribute to system improvements and compliance tracking. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, IT, Education, or related field. - Experience in internal audit processes and quality systems in the Education Industry is highly preferred. - Strong skills in MS Excel and report preparation. - Attention to detail and ability to follow up across departments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding the quality standards of the institution by managing data effectively and assisting in internal audit processes. Your expertise in data analytics and internal audit, along with your attention to detail, will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of academic audits. Additionally, your ability to generate reports and collaborate with various departments will contribute to the overall success of the IQAC team. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at our location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
