Responsibilities:

1. Student Guidance and Mentorship

• Help students understand their academic strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Assist in choosing the right courses, subjects, or programs.
• Guide students through academic challenges and help improve performance.

2. Career Counseling

• Provide advice on career options based on academic background and interests.
• Inform students about various career paths, higher education opportunities, and job prospects.

3. Admission Support

• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Explain eligibility criteria, required documents, and deadlines.
• Assist with form filling, entrance exams, and interview preparation if needed.

4. Monitoring Academic Progress

• Track student performance and attendance.
• Identify students who need extra support or intervention.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure students stay on the right academic path.

5. Student Engagement

• Organize seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions.
• Keep students motivated and engaged throughout their academic journey.

6. Communication and Relationship Management

• Act as a bridge between students, parents, and the institution.
• Maintain regular contact with students to resolve queries or provide updates.

7. Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
• Provide reports and feedback to the management when required.
