What Youll Do

• Interact with students & parents visiting the centre and provide academic counselling.
• Guide them through PWs courses, batches, learning plans, and admission process.
• Understand student needs, academic goals, and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle walk-ins, inbound enquiries, and follow-up calls to ensure conversions.
• Maintain proper counselling records and update daily reports.
• Support in centre-level business development activities and admission drives.
• Ensure a positive experience for walk-ins through professional and warm communication.
