Job Summary

Join our team as an AC Technician Helper/Trainee and work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air-conditioning and home-appliance systems from multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing AC units and home-appliance systems across various brands.
• Transport and prepare tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
• Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance (e.g., cleaning filters, inspecting components).
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety protocols.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate service details.
• Keep accurate service and repair records.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and product developments through training.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in AC or home-appliance servicing (trainee level).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of AC systems preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools/diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good physical condition.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
