AC Repairing Instructor

Job Description

Job Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician Instructor to train students in the field of air conditioning maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AC installation, troubleshooting, and servicing, along with good communication skills to guide and mentor trainees. Responsibilities: Deliver practical and theory classes on AC installation, repair, and maintenance. Provide hands-on training in HVAC systems, split and window ACs, refrigerant charging, and electrical components. Monitor student progress and provide feedback. Prepare and maintain training materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure safety protocols are followed during training sessions. Conduct evaluations and assessments regularly. Maintain attendance and training records. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or relevant field. Minimum 1–2 years of field experience as an AC Technician. Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage. Strong technical knowledge and practical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a group of students effectively.
