Role & responsibilities Own and achieve area-level primary and secondary sales targets across assigned districts. Develop and execute area sales plans , beat plans, and distributor-wise growth strategies. Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers to ensure productivity, coverage, and target achievement. Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and sub-stockists ; strengthen distribution width and depth. Drive new market development , outlet expansion, and numeric distribution. Ensure availability, visibility, and freshness of products through effective stock planning and rotation. Monitor credit control, collections, and adherence to company policies . Execute and review trade schemes, promotions, and in-store visibility as per guidelines. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and consumer insights; share actionable feedback. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting , forecasting, and review meetings. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless operations.
