We require Housekeeping Field Officer in Absolute Security and allied services. He will be responsible for :- 1. Handling around 20 client sites with a manpower of around 70-80 housekeeping and pantry staff. 2. Ensuring smooth operations and need to maintain 100% daily attendance at all client sites. 3. Giving training to the housekeeping & pantry staff at all client sites. 4. Ensuring proper turnout of all housekeeping & pantry staff at all client sites.

Ensuring 100% site fulfilment with assistance from Recruitment office 3. Listening and resolving guards issues / grievances on a real time basis, with support from back-end team 4. Ensuring all changes & overtime duties are communicated to client in timely manner. 5. Training of guards on post-specific duties in case of new deployment or changes. 6. Understanding client’s needs and deploying guards suitable for the site. 7. Ensuring excellent turn-out of all guards, as per company’s standards and regularly auditing / checking guard’s tasks, including appropriate filling of site specific registers. Reporting to the ASM (Area Service Manager)

Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship with clients – management of all client grievances. 3. Handling a team of 3-4 Field Officers & 2-3 MIS staff 4. Assisting the collection team in ensuring timely client payments 5. Deployment at new sites as per checklist 6. Preparation of PDM’s (Post-duty manuals) & checklists as per standard format in consultation with the client 7. Coordination and proper reporting from the MIS team about each site (Reporting to the AGM)
