We are hiring Territory Managers to build partnerships with top Coaching Institutes across Karnataka! 🚀 About the Role: We are looking for energetic and persuasive to join our team and lead our expansion in Karnataka. In this role, you will be the face of Abccoders on the ground. Your primary mission is to visit local coaching institutes, tuition centers, and educational hubs to build strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. If you enjoy being on the move, meeting new people, and closing B2B deals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Field Operations: Travel within your designated territory to identify and visit potential partner coaching institutes. Relationship Building: Meet with Institute Owners and Directors to explain the value of our Product for their students. Deal Closing: Pitch our partnership model, negotiate terms, and sign up new centers to our network. Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded institutes to ensure active student referrals and smooth operations. Market Intelligence: Report back on competitor activity and on-ground market trends in your state. Who You Are: Experience: 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, or Education Sales. Communication: Excellent language proficiency in kannada and strong English communication skills. Mobility: Someone who is willing to travel within the city daily. Personality: You are a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision to hit targets. You are comfortable walking into a business and initiating a conversation.
