The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and contributing to strategic sales planning. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, cold calling, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and reporting on sales activities. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in market research and strategic sales planning Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
