Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and tenacious Telesales/Cold Calling Executive to join our full-time team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound cold calling using provided leads to engage potential homebuyers and successfully book site visits for our range of premium apartment projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive "go-getter" with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow-up calls on provided databases and qualified leads. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various real estate properties to prospective clients. Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to move them through the initial stages of the sales pipeline. Successfully schedule and confirm site visits and meetings between prospective buyers and the Sales Team. Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and appointment bookings in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and site visit bookings. Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Team to ensure a smooth handover of scheduled appointments. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven Go-Getter Mentality: Must be self-driven, highly energetic, and relentless in pursuing targets and closing appointments. Communication & Language: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) for clear and professional communication. Excellent communication skills —ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive tone, and build rapport over the phone. Experience: Previous experience 0-1 years in telesales. ( Freshers may apply) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to maximize calling productivity. Basic computer skills .
