Job Summary: The Import-Export Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating international trade activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining documentation, and optimizing logistics for the timely and cost-effective import and export of goods. Reporting & Record Keeping Maintain proper records of import/export transactions. Prepare regular reports on shipping status, freight costs, and customs expenses. Assist in audits and inspections related to trade compliance. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
