We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Specialist to join our Facility Management team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing operational processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in facility management operations. Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Ensure seamless coordination between housekeeping, maintenance, and security functions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing requirements and ensuring service excellence. Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms. Collaborate with internal teams to plan, implement, and monitor business initiatives. Oversee performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend action plans for operational enhancement. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances related to facility operations. Educational Qualifications; Bachelors Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field. Preferred: Postgraduate Diploma or MBA in Facility Management, Operations, or Business Management. Technical Background (for maintenance/operations focus): Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and security operations . Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and cost optimization . Excellent client relationship management and communication skills . Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple sites efficiently. In-depth understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, labor laws, safety standards). Proficiency in Microsoft Office , CRM tools , and facility management software . Strong leadership, analytical , and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work under pressure. Experience Requirements (Sales / Business Development Focus): 2 - 10 years of experience in Facility Management, Security Services , or Manpower Outsourcing industry. Demonstrated success in lead generation , client acquisition , and corporate relationship management . Hands-on experience in tendering , proposal preparation , and contract negotiation . Exposure to clients across corporate, industrial, and residential sectors.
